Items included in the wedding packages:

Exclusive use of 22 acres at Pine River Ranch. This means no one except your invited guests and our employees will be on the Ranch.

• Outside wedding venue, beautifully landscaped with rustic log arbor
• Weddings can be moved inside in case of bad, or questionable weather, or if you choose to have an inside wedding
• Indoor reception in Historic 1944 Dairy Barn With Dance Floor.
• Beautiful photo opportunities (Nason Creek, meadows, mountains, historical barn, old farm house, small lake with waterfall)
• Parking for 100+ cars.
• Attended parking
• Up to 20 round dinner tables (8 - 10 guests per table)
• Table cloths 
• Cloth napkins
• 300 wooden chairs for the wedding and dinner
• Tables (Coffee, DJ, bridal gift & buffet table)
• Utensils (spoons, dinner forks, salad forks & knives)
• Glasses (water, wine & champagne glasses)
• Plates (Dinner, salad, roll & cake plates)
• Coffee pot & mugs
• Salt and pepper shakers
• Setup, take down, and clean up, complete

 Items NOT included in the wedding packages:

• Bride or Groom
• Flowers, or flower setup
• Wedding cake
• Meals
• Drinks, Alcohol / soft drinks / any drinks
• Officiating
• Music / DJ / Band

• State certified bartender. We can recommend someone. THIS IS REQUIRED BY STATE LAW, This licensed person can not be affiliated with the event in any way.
• State Required “Alcohol/Banquet” permit
• Any decorations (you are welcome to decorate the barn to fit your needs. All decorations must be removed by Sunday 11:00am, by you or your appointed, or they will be discarded.
• Guests in excess of 150, Price per guest in excess of 150 is  $20.00
• Table decorations
• Any item not listed above in "included"

An additional Deli Style buffet lunch can be added for $12.50 per person (minimum 12 people)
Including deli meats & cheeses, bread, condiments, pasta & potato salad, chips & soft drinks.
