Thank you for your inquiry about our wedding packages. We are offering 2 packages. With each package our 22 acre Ranch is yours and yours alone. No one will be on the property except you, your invited guests, and of course us and our employees. Wedding package includes up to 150 guests including wedding party. (Charge for Guests in excess of 150 is $20.00 per guest)

A single day wedding package.

The ranch will be exclusively yours from 3:00pm on the day of the wedding until 11:00am the following morning. All wedding guests that are not booked in one of the suites must be gone by 11:30pm the night of the wedding. The rehearsal may be done before the wedding on the day of the wedding, OR may be scheduled during the week prior to the wedding, based on availability.

On the day of the event, wedding preparation may begin at 12:00 in the barn and the barn area only, however none of the suites will be available until 3:00. All early arrivals must be pre-approved and is for a limited number of persons only.  

The single day Wedding Package price is based on the required rental of all 6 Suites . The Suites are usually used by family and friends who choose to stay overnight. We can invoice each guest separately for room charges when you guarantee the reservation.

Two day wedding package

Friday & Saturday           $3,095.00    up to 50 guests

The ranch will be yours from 3:00pm the day before the wedding until 11:00am the day after the wedding (usually booked Friday 3:00pm thru Sunday 11:00am). The first night is usually for the rehearsal and the rehearsal dinner. If you choose to have the rehearsal dinner here we will set up either a ‘lawn’ setting outside for dinner or the main portion of the barn’s second story, your choice. As we are not licensed to serve food (other than breakfasts and lunches) a caterer will need to be arranged at additional expense. You and your guests can use the entire Ranch all of the first night and all of the wedding day. Those that are not staying in one of our suites must be gone by 11:30pm, and may return at 10:00am the next morning. The rehearsal dinner setup is based on 32 persons. Additional persons can be added at additional expense.
